After work begins
Cancellation and refunds are assessed against work completed, accepted milestones and expressly agreed non-refundable third-party costs, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
Recurring services or training
Any cancellation deadlines, rescheduling arrangements and service-specific exceptions must be expressly stated in the individual quotation or agreement.
How to request a review
Email info@multidirections.net with your quotation or invoice reference, the service and the reason for the request. We will review the matter against the written terms and applicable law.
No automatic online charges
This launch site cannot accept or refund online payments because checkout is not enabled.
